Meet Anna.
Maryland therapist providing parenting support and postpartum recovery.
Welcome! I am so grateful you are here. I know that you might be at one of the lowest points of your entire life right now. Know that you won’t feel like this forever.
I am excited to share a snapshot of my therapeutic approaches to issues like postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility or grief and loss. My Why.
Like many perinatal mental health therapists, I am passionate about this work based on my own experience. Yan read about the start of my journey into motherhood, which began with an early miscarriage. I have also experienced a traumatic birth, feeding challenges, new motherhood during a pandemic, secondary infertility with a maybe PCOS diagnosis, cesarean birth and million other ups and downs.
You are my why! My kids are my why. All those out there who are suffering in silence are my why.
What I have learned from my personal experience is that parenthood is messy and complicated. AND we don’t allow enough space and community for new parents. I aim to be the therapist I needed as a new mom.
